Hi! I’m Briggitte.

Whether you’re here out of curiosity or ready to begin your mental health journey - Welcome!
I am an immigrant from Peru and child of immigrants and grew up living in between cultures and languages. There is beauty in living at the intersections of worlds but growing up I often felt like an outsider. Through my own journey in therapy, I have learned to embrace my unique blend of roots and pave my own path. Safe connections with therapists & others who held space for me showed me that it was possible. Now, I offer that same care for others, a space that honors all your roots and identities. A place where you can be seen and heard for you are.
